Yamuna Body Rolling: Get on the ball !
YBR, the original small-ball therapy, uses specially designed balls in specific
routines to combine the release of massage with the strengthening and toning of
exercise, providing an effortless workout and a deep stretch. The ball applies
traction that frees connective tissue, re-educates muscles to fully release, and
de-codes negative holding patterns.
Some of the benefits include:
• Healing and preventing injury
• Offsetting the stress of vigorous exercise
• Improving bone density
Individual sessions as well as workshops are offered.

Myofasical Release & Craniosacral Therapy:
In its normal state, fascia is relaxed and has the ability to stretch and move without
restriction. When we experience physical trauma, scarring, or inflammation, however,
the fascia loses its pliability and becomes tight, and restricted. This affects our
flexibility and stability, and is a determining factor in our ability to withstand stress and
strain. Myofascial Release is a very effective hands-on technique that provides
sustained pressure into myofascial restrictions to eliminate pain and restore range of
motion. Craniosacral Therapy helps release old patterns and conditions that have
become locked in the body due to traumas or physical injuries. It can be helpful with
TMJ syndrome, headaches, and chronic pain.

Myoskeletal Alignment Technique:
Created by Erik Dalton, Myoskeletal Alignment Technique simplifies the
assessment of painful neck, low back, shoulder, arm, and hand conditions by
looking for A.R.T. = Asymmetry, Restriction of motion, and Tissue texture
abnormality. The body's myofascial and skeletal systems are inseparable--what affects
one always affects the other. Treating pain without improving posture is generally regarded
as a quick-fix and, at best, only a temporary solution. The most effective way of breaking
pain/ spasm/ pain cycles lies in the therapeutic blending of muscle balancing
routines with unique joint-capsule maneuvers and muscle strengthening. For more

Thai Massage:
Thai Massage (nuad bo rarn) has been practiced in Thailand for over 2500 years.
Using a combination of gentle stretches and presses along the energy channels (sen
lines) of the body, a therapist will guide you through a series of movements that
systematically stretch the muscles while stimulating energy flow throughout the body.
The result is increased flexibility and range of motion, better flow of energy, and deep
relaxation.
Thai massage is performed on a shiatsu-style floor mat with the client fully clothed
(loose clothing in suggested for ease of movement).
